House Call Massage Sessions

We offer in-home massage sessions throughout Washington, DC for clients who prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own space.

To begin, our Founder, Regina McLinden, will schedule a brief phone consultation to discuss your needs and goals. Your first session is a 90-minute appointment priced at $500. During this visit, your massage therapist will be accompanied by Ms. McLinden, who will assist in assessing your treatment needs and collaborating with your therapist to develop a personalized ongoing care plan.

Following your initial session, continued home visits are available through the purchase of a 10-session package. A professional massage table will be provided for use in your home.

10 sessions — 60 minutes: $2,565

Massage with Live Sound Bath

This 90-minute integrative experience takes place at our nearby sister studio, RM Balance, and combines therapeutic massage with a live meditative sound performance.

During your session, a massage therapist and sound practitioner work simultaneously to create a deeply immersive environment for rest and restoration. The massage blends traditional Swedish and deep tissue techniques with gentle lymphatic drainage to support restoration and is customized to your preferences.

Alongside the massage, a live sound bath unfolds in the room through crystal singing bowls, Kenari shakers, Koshi chimes, and gong. These instruments create layered vibrational tones to immerse you into your senses.

Couple’s Massages

Celebrate together with a shared massage experience designed for connection and relaxation. Sessions may take place in the same treatment room or separately, according to your preference. We are happy to arrange complimentary champagne and a custom card to mark birthdays, anniversaries, or other milestones.

Post Massage Wellness Access

Support your massage experience with one hour of exclusive post-treatment access at the Hamilton Health Club, located next door to RM Wellness.

Following your massage, you will be provided with robes, towels, and slippers for access to the cold plunge, infrared sauna, showers, and gym facilities. This semi-private club has just 30 members, ensuring a calm and exclusive environment for you to continue your restorative experience.

Add this option to any massage service for a complete wellness experience. Hamilton Health Club access is available solely as an addition to a standing rm wellness service, not standalone.

Customized Treatment Plans

For guests seeking a highly personalized, ongoing massage therapy program, our comprehensive planning session offers expert guidance tailored to your body and goals.

The process begins with a phone consultation with our Founder, Regina McLinden, who will assess your needs and determine the best therapist for your massages. During the 90-minute in person intake session, both Regina and your assigned therapist will collaborate, combining hands-on bodywork with a thorough review of your anatomy, health history, and mobility. This allows them to evaluate your muscular and lymphatic systems and identify the techniques that best support you.

Following the session, Regina creates a comprehensive, customized treatment plan that can be used for ongoing care at rm wellness with your assigned therapist, and shared with outside practitioners as needed, ensuring continuity and precision in your ongoing care.

Memberships

For guests desiring ongoing care through massage, lymphatics, and fitness, we offer an rm brands membership, a curated monthly experience combining expert massage therapy and lymphatics at rm wellness with personalized instruction and group classes in yoga, mat pilates, breath work, sound healing, and ballet at rm wellness. This membership is designed for those seeking consistency, customization, and the absolute highest level of care with consistent concierge communication.

Upon sign-up, members will receive an initial complimentary customized treatment plan (value $500). Each month, members receive:

  • Three 90-minute massage & lymphatic combination sessions with an assigned rm wellness therapist (valued $900)

  • One 90-minute session with Founder and expert therapist Regina McLinden (valued at $400)

  • Two group classes of any type at rm balance (valued at $120)

  • Two private instruction sessions of any type at rm balance (valued at $280)

All sessions roll over and do not expire, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
